Len Gilbert is Vice President, Promotional Solutions for LexisNexis®, and he is responsible for strategy and execution of client development products and services created to serve the legal community. Len’s role on the Makeover team is to work with the winning firms to develop or enhance their firm profile on the Martindale-Hubbell® Legal Network. That profile, which will appear on both martindale.com® and Lawyers.com℠, will be leveraged as the cornerstone of the firm’s online marketing efforts.
In April of 2010, Len came to LexisNexis® from The McGraw Hill Companies where he served as Vice President, eBusiness Development, Information & Media. Prior to that, Len spent 10 years at Barnes and Noble where he was instrumental in developing the company’s e-commerce business, BarnesandNoble.com, into a leading online retail destination.

Carlton Dyce is Vice President of Peer Review Rating™ and Client Review Services at LexisNexis®. As part of the makeover team, Carlton’s focus will be on helping to facilitate the Martindale-Hubbell®Peer Review Ratings™ and Client Review programs for the winning firm’s lawyers which will help to highlight their experience, ethical standing and legal abilities. He will also lead a team of Ratings specialists who will help the The Grand Prize Winner showcase their Peer Review Ratings™ and Client Reviews not only as part of their firm profile on both martindale.com® and Lawyers.com℠, but also on the firm’s own website and marketing materials, and through other creative means to reach an online audience of millions of prospective clients.
Carlton has more than 27 years of broad publishing and production experience covering data collection, database management, quality assurance, product fulfillment and customer experience strategies. For the past 17 years, Carlton has worked in our New Providence, New Jersey, office where he has served in a variety of key leadership positions.
His educational background includes an AAS in Management & Sales, a BA in Marketing, an MA in Organizational Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In his free time, he raises and breeds birds and also enjoys playing chess, football, basketball and golf.

Andrew Unsworth is the Senior Director of Search Engine Marketing at LexisNexis® where he leads a team of specialists who help law firms build their brands online and drive qualified prospective clients to their websites. Andrew’s role on the makeover team is to provide Online Optimization Services to the winning firm, utilizing an appropriate mix of innovative techniques drawn from search engine optimization and pay per click advertising to help prospective clients “find” the firm online. Andrew will work closely with Ruth Davis and her team to help ensure that the content and the structure of the contest Grand Prize Winner’s website is closely integrated with his team’s efforts to enhance the visibility of the Grand Prize Winner’s site on popular search engines.
Andrew is an expert at developing cutting edge online marketing tactics to drive organic and paid search traffic to law firm websites. He is also an inventor and entrepreneur at heart, with three patents pending and experience as a co-founder of one of the first health-based, Web 2.0 companies.
Senior Director of Web Services
Ruth Davis is the Senior Director of Web Services at LexisNexis® and leads a team of specialists that builds and manages thousands of websites for small law firms. Ruth’s role on the makeover team is to work with the winning law firm to build or rebuild the firm’s website that reflects best practices in Web design, that is engaging, informative and professional, and that reflects the firm’s personality and culture. Ruth will also lead a team of video experts who will shoot, produce and host a custom video for the winning firm to add a high-impact visual statement to its website and to its Martindale-Hubbell® Professional Profile.
While Ruth has more than 15 years of experience in product development and operations management, she’s spent most of the past decade focused on launching and implementing effective B2C and B2B websites and e-commerce initiatives.
In her spare time, Ruth is active in her synagogue community, loves reading, and plays on an adult women’s soccer team. She is also an avid runner and recently completed her first half marathon. Ruth says all the training and physical fitness help her keep pace with the twin 5-year-olds at home who seem to have inherited their mom’s boundless energy and enthusiasm!
